What I like the most is that Infinox has one of the best customer support to be honest, they reply too fast and they contacted me in person on whatsapp as well. I like it. Also, the IX social is something worthy and I am still new here (one month) but in general, it is a good experience until now and I wish the best for infinox team.

Great trade conditions.

Great trade conditions.. the spread didn't widen beyond normal during high impact news... Live support is great.. I'll keep trading here and tel friends about it.. No surprises ..no suspicious activities no manipulation.. Infinox is great.. Am only giving 4 stars because I needed to send email to support to withdraw which am not cool with. I should be able to do it from my dashboard..

above the industry average

Kudos to Infinox broker for metatrader platforms, for MT5 particularly. My trading requires a depth of market feature to monitor the best prices available at the moment. The fact that you can change the leverage is great. 1:1000 is a bit much for me at the moment. I quickly and easily changed to 1:200 and feel much more comfortable

Good products

I'm well aware of the fact that good products are costlier than others in the same category. However, I think they can drop their rates a bit without badly harming their profits. After all, if they do so, they'll attract even more customers - and that has the potential to expand their profits as a company even more. A win-win situation, don't you think?

They have so many cool and distinct features

Since every CFD firm is different in the things to its clients, I think every brand should offer its unique WebTrader. Infinox doesn't have one, and that's quite a shame. They have so many cool and distinct features that deserve a platform for themselves.

I feel much more confident.

I came to INFINOX without knowledge, but now, after a year of trading CFDs, I feel much more confident. INFINOX sure made a great difference.

It's well-known that Infinox has lots of clients, but still, I expect them to answer me a bit more quickly. This happens mainly on rush hours, but everybody knows there are rush hours. I hope they would hire some more representatives. After all, the answering speed issue is the only reason I gave them 4 stars and not 5...

There are such nice and professional

In some hours of the day, it seems Infinox doesn't have sufficient call representatives available. I hate to complain about the service center because there are such nice and professional people there. But I think this should be said.

I have no complains

Joining Infinox, I knew I'm in good and professional hands. That's why I have no complaints about their heavy-duty security protocols, yet I do have to admit that the application process is kinda complicated and was longer than expected

Good MT5 Support and other features

I am able to freely use MT5 to trade equities on this platform. It is good that they provide this. I also use their research section and intel feature. I am kind of liking this place a lot.

comparatively interesting conditions

opened an acc within several minutes and started to explore the conditions. yeah, guys, I firstly open acc and then research, I ain't know why actually, I am kinda weird :D so, I can assure you that the conditions here are acceptable. not perfect, but at the same time there is nothing bad in them.

I think it is really smart how they have structured the leverage situation. It can be very useful that the leverage on forex pairs goes up to a thousand times. Because they hardly move sometimes. Even though they are traded around the clock five days a week, it is hard to move them intraday because they are very liquid. Stocks are not the same, they are volatile, so less leverage. Smart move.
